फार्म भरने का निर्देश

1. The information mentioned below is only for general guidance and should not be treated as legal document. It could be changed/ modified from time to time by Competent Authority.
   नीचे उल्लिखित जानकारी केवल सामान्य मार्गदर्शन के लिए है और इसे कानूनी दस्तावेज के रूप में नहीं माना जाना चाहिए। इसे सक्षम प्राधिकारी द्वारा समय-समय पर बदला/संशोधित किया जा सकता है।
2. Application for the Registration of students for the admission in Private Schools for session 2023-2024 for socially and economically weaker sections.
   निजी विद्यालयों में सत्र 2023-2024 में अनुसूचित जाति, अनुसूचित जनजाति एवं अन्य पिछड़ा वर्ग (नॉन क्रीमीलेयर) एवं आर्थिक रूप से कमजोर वर्ग के प्रवेश हेतु छात्र/छात्राओं के पंजीयन हेतु आवेदन पत्र।
   Start Date of Filling Application Online : 29th January 2023.
   ऑनलाइन आवेदन भरने की प्रारंभ तिथि: 29 जनवरी 2023
   Last Date of Filling Application Online : 15th February 2023.
   ऑनलाइन आवेदन भरने की अंतिम तिथि: 15 फरवरी 2023
   Last Date of Submitting Documents Ofline: 20th February 2023.

3. In order to ensure smooth and quick filling of the application form, please keep the following ready.
   आवेदन फॉर्म को आसानी से और जल्दी भरना सुनिश्चित करने के लिए, कृपया निम्नलिखित को तैयार रखें।
   1. A valid mobile number with Indian SIM card. Further all the information regarding your application will be sent by SMS to the mobile number provided during registration. You are strongly advised to register your own mobile number (with Indian SIM card) and not that of relatives, friends, agents, cyber-cafe operators or others.
      भारतीय सिम कार्ड के साथ एक वैध मोबाइल नंबर। आवेदन से संबंधित सभी जानकारी पंजीकरण के दौरान दिए गए मोबाइल नंबर पर एसएमएस द्वारा भेजी जाएगी। आपको दृढ़ता से सलाह दी जाती है कि आप अपना मोबाइल नंबर (भारतीय सिम कार्ड के साथ) पंजीकृत कराएं न कि रिश्तेदारों, दोस्तों, एजेंटों, साइबर-कैफे संचालकों या अन्य का पंजीकृत कराएं|,
   2. A digital photograph or scanned photograph of the child seeking admission (JPEG file of size at most 500KB),
      प्रवेश चाहने वाले बच्चे की एक डिजिटल तस्वीर या स्कैन की गई तस्वीर (अधिकतम 500KB आकार की JPEG फ़ाइल),
   3. Details of Aadhaar Card of Father and Mother. In case if child is residing at any other place in Bokaro then the guardian Aadhaar Number is also needed.
      पिता और माता के आधार कार्ड का विवरण। यदि बच्चा बोकारो में किसी अन्य स्थान पर रह रहा है तो अभिभावक का आधार नंबर भी आवश्यक है।
4. Once an application form has been submitted and Application Submission Code generated, the submitted application form cannot be edited.
   एक बार एक आवेदन पत्र जमा कर दिया गया है और आवेदन जमा कोड उत्पन्न हो गया है, जमा किए गए आवेदन पत्र को संपादित नहीं किया जा सकता है।
5. The students must be local residents of Bokaro District.
   छात्रों को बोकारो जिले का स्थानीय निवासी होना चाहिए।
6. DOCUMENTS NEEDED/आवश्यक दस्तावेज:
   Following are the list of documents must be submitted offline at District Education Superintendent Office Bokaro, Campus Middle School, S.B.S. Chas, Behind Baibhav Hotel, Bokaro, 827013.
   निम्नलिखित दस्तावेजों की सूची "जिला शिक्षा अधीक्षक कार्यालय बोकारो, कैंपस मिडिल स्कूल, एस.बी.एस. चास, बैभव होटल के पीछे, बोकारो 827013" के पते पर ऑफलाइन जमा करना होगा|
   1. Application that will be downloaded after filling the online Application Form at www.rtebokaro.com and it must be signed by any one of parents.
      आवेदन जो www.rtebokaro.com पर ऑनलाइन आवेदन पत्र भरने के बाद डाउनलोड किया जाएगा और उस पर माता-पिता में से किसी एक का हस्ताक्षर होना चाहिए।
   2. Certificate of proof of age in the form of a birth certificate issued by the authority competent to register births. This will include certificates from Notified Area Council / Municipality / Municipal Corporation / extract about the date of birth from records of Village Panchayat, Military Hospital and service records of Defence personnel. The original certificate of date of birth should be produced before the School at the time of admission. This will be returned to the parent after verification by the School.
      जन्म पंजीकरण के लिए सक्षम प्राधिकारी द्वारा जारी जन्म प्रमाण पत्र के रूप में आयु के प्रमाण का प्रमाण पत्र। इसमें अधिसूचित क्षेत्र परिषद/नगर पालिका/नगर निगम से प्रमाणपत्र/ग्राम पंचायत, सैन्य अस्पताल के रिकॉर्ड से जन्म तिथि के बारे में उद्धरण और रक्षा कर्मियों के सेवा रिकॉर्ड शामिल होंगे। प्रवेश के समय जन्म तिथि का मूल प्रमाण पत्र स्कूल के समक्ष प्रस्तुत किया जाना चाहिए। स्कूल द्वारा सत्यापन के बाद यह माता-पिता को वापस कर दिया जाएगा।
   3. Aadhaar Card of Father and Mother. Guardian Aadhaar Card is mendotary if Mother and Father are not alive or Child reside at any other place.
      पिता और माता का आधार कार्ड। यदि माता और पिता जीवित नहीं हैं या बच्चा किसी अन्य स्थान पर रहता है तो अभिभावक का आधार कार्ड अनिवार्य है।
   4. ST/SC/OBC (NCL)/EWS/BPL Certificate, a certificate stating that the child belongs to the Scheduled Tribe /Scheduled Caste / EWS / OBC (Non-Creamy Layer ) / EWS / BPL category (as applicable), issued by the competent authority in concerned State Government / Union Government.
      अनुसूचित जाति / अनुसूचित जनजाति / अन्य पिछड़ा वर्ग (एनसीएल) / ईडब्ल्यूएस / बीपीएल प्रमाण पत्र, एक प्रमाण पत्र जिसमें कहा गया है कि बच्चा अनुसूचित जाति / अनुसूचित जनजाति / ईडब्ल्यूएस / ओबीसी (नॉन-क्रीमी लेयर) / ईडब्ल्यूएस / बीपीएल श्रेणी (जैसा लागू हो) से संबंधित है। संबंधित राज्य सरकार / केंद्र सरकार में सक्षम प्राधिकारी।
   5. Income certificate must less than 72000 and issued not earlier than August 2022 by the authority.
      आय प्रमाण पत्र 72000 से कम होना चाहिए और प्राधिकरण द्वारा अगस्त 2022 से पहले जारी नहीं किया जाना चाहिए।
   6. Incase if child is residing to any blood relatives house, Electricity Bill, Gas Bill or Driving Licence on the name of guardian must be submitted.
      अगर बच्चा किसी सगे संबंधी के घर में रह रहा है तो अभिभावक के नाम पर बिजली बिल, गैस बिल या ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस जमा करना होगा।
   7. Residential Certificate issued by the authority.
      प्राधिकरण द्वारा जारी आवासीय प्रमाण पत्र।
   8. Two recent coloured passport size photo of child.
      बच्चे की दो हालिया रंगीन पासपोर्ट साइज फोटो।
7. AGE LIMIT/आयु सीमा: The age limit for LKG/Nursery is 3 years 6 months to maximum 4 years 6 months and for Class 1 the age limit is 5 years 6 months to 7 years as on 31st March 2023.
   एलकेजी/नर्सरी के लिए आयु सीमा 3 वर्ष 6 महीने से अधिकतम 4 वर्ष 6 महीने और कक्षा 1 के लिए आयु सीमा 31 मार्च 2023 तक 5 वर्ष 6 महीने से 7 वर्ष है।
8. Reservation for Physically Handicapped (PH) are of the following categories/शारीरिक रूप से विकलांग (PH) के लिए आरक्षण निम्न श्रेणियों में से हैं:
   1. OH – Orthopedically Handicapped.
   2. LV – Lower Vision.
9. Regection of Application/आवेदन रद्द करना: The RTE CELL BOKARO reserves its right to cancel the application under any of the following circumstances:
   आरटीई सेल बोकारो निम्नलिखित में से किसी भी परिस्थिति में आवेदन को रद्द करने का अधिकार सुरक्षित रखता है:
   1. If the needed documents are not submitted along with the printed application within the stipulated date.
      यदि निर्धारित तिथि के भीतर मुद्रित आवेदन के साथ आवश्यक दस्तावेज जमा नहीं किए जाते हैं।
   2. If the candidate does not report to the alloted schools by the stipulated date even though the documents have been deposited.
      यदि अभ्यर्थी निर्धारित तिथि तक आवंटित विद्यालयों में दस्तावेज जमा करने के बावजूद रिपोर्ट नहीं करता है।
   3. If the candidate do not produce all the relevant documents.
      यदि उम्मीदवार सभी संबंधित दस्तावेज प्रस्तुत नहीं करता है।
10. While applying, the applicant shall have to choose three schools according to their distance from school. After verification the school will be alloted by District Supritendent of Education Department.
    आवेदन करते समय आवेदक को विद्यालय से दूरी के अनुसार तीन विद्यालयों का चयन करना होगा। सत्यापन के बाद जिला शिक्षा अधीक्षक द्वारा स्कूल आवंटित किया जाएगा।
11. In the event of an applicant selected in the merit list shell have to report admission incharge and take admission in the alloted schools within 10 days from the date of list given.
    योग्यता सूची में चयनित होने की स्थिति में, सूची की तिथि से 10 दिनों के भीतर विद्यालय के प्रवेश प्रभारी को सूचित करना होगा और आवंटित विद्यालयों में प्रवेश लेना होगा।
12. The date of admission as indicated in the merit list on the web page shall be final and failing which the applicant is liable to lose his candidature.
    वेब पेज पर मेरिट सूची में दर्शाई गई प्रवेश की तिथि अंतिम होगी और ऐसा न करने पर आवेदक अपनी उम्मीदवारी खोने के लिए उत्तरदायी होगा।
13. The decision of District Education Department shall be final under all circumstances and is binding to the applicant.
    जिला शिक्षा अधीक्षक का निर्णय सभी परिस्थितियों में अंतिम एवं आवेदक के लिए बाध्यकारी होगा।
14. The District Education Department reserves right to modify, alter and / or include any other Terms and Conditions that may be felt necessary.
    जिला शिक्षा अधीक्षक के पास आवश्यक समझे जाने वाले किसी भी अन्य नियम और शर्तों को संशोधित करने, बदलने और / या शामिल करने का अधिकार सुरक्षित है।
15. Jurisdiction/क्षेत्राधिकार: Any dispute pertaining to admission, or any matter as a student shall be subjected to the jurisdiction of the Bokaro Court only.
    प्रवेश से संबंधित कोई भी विवाद, या एक छात्र के रूप में कोई भी मामला केवल बोकारो कोर्ट के अधिकार क्षेत्र के अधीन होगा।
16. Rationalization within or outside the alloted schools is prohibited. Whoever directly or indirectly commits, participates in, propagates ragging, shall, be punished which may extend to fine/ expulsion/ imprisonment.
    आवंटित विद्यालयों के भीतर या बाहर युक्तिकरण निषिद्ध है। जो कोई भी प्रत्यक्ष या अप्रत्यक्ष रूप से रैगिंग करता है, उसमें भाग लेता है, रैगिंग करता है, उसे दंडित किया जाएगा जिसे जुर्माना/निष्कासन/कारावास तक बढ़ाया जा सकता है।
